Just messing around and checked this domain name on www.whois.co.uk and it popped up AVAILABLE!!!!! cue heart stopping moment! Tried to register it but then 123-REG said already taken!!!!!

Yea, you won't be seeing this one available ever. 
The .ORG database is in transition and many registrars still don't have their systems updated.
Use http://www.pir.org/ for your .ORG whois searches.

The whois server has changed for .org lookups so every whois site set to the old whois server shows them as available.
