I believe that a sexile is a person that has been locked out of his/her home while their partner/flatmate has sex. Difficult to know how to use this domain, maybe a voyeur site with pics viewed through the window.

it may not get a lot of type ins, but it is short, starts with sex and has a quirky meaning

it would be a good domain for a niche adult site....

I don't think it's got much value unless you can develop a site. I believe that the meaning of the name is fairly specific and not very erotic - it tends to be associated with losers that aren't getting the sex action. If you make it into a voyeur site, you could develop an interesting niche and turn this into an advantage.
