My partner and I have:
Shadetree.com
It has been registered since 1995. He owned an ISP up north called Shadetree internet. He closed the business and moved to Florida in 1998.
Shadetree is SUCH a widely used term in the auto industry that the name has received CONSTANT traffic. Just do a google search and see how many businesses are named "Shadetree". GOOGLE RESULTS
We get great traffic on this name. It is parked at domainsponsor, and it appears that people are MOSTLY looking for shadetreepowersports.com which is a businesses that sells snowmobiles and parts. The income in the winter months is about $25-$35/day....and it slows down in the summer months to about $4-$5/day. The traffic is about 300-350 uniques/day in winter and about 150 during the summer. The name started out at Sedo. It did well from last November(2004) until around May when we started playing with keywords and such. We tried different keywords to try to get the rev up even higher. It actually made it worse! The rev dropped to like $80/month when we did that. We tried different keywords from May through Sept. At that point, I decided to try it at Domain Sponsor where it would auto optimize. That turned out to be a goldmine. The rev was twice what it was at Sedo for the same traffic.

The name was parked at sedo last year and we had 21 offers on it in that time. We moved it over to DS in Sept, and the income has been MUCH better there.
We are selling this name NOT solely based on income.....which is great.....but also on the marketability of the name itself due to the popularity of the term. We are looking for $XX,XXX offers. Please post offers here.
