Thank you for your input. I am almost certain it is worth much more than that. I would say minimum low $XXX's with a possibility of as much as in the $XX,XXX's. If anybody else has anything to add I would appreciate it.

Sorry, I accidentally typed it in before I read the forum rules. However, since you bring it up what does everybody think the domain is worth? I have yet to get it appraised, but my guess would be at least in the low to mid $XX,XXX's. What does everybody else think?
