Hi all,

I am offering the shockwave games sites shockzone.co.uk and JuegaFacil.es for sale with phpArcadeScript licences for sale.

ShockZone.co.uk, a fantastic brandable domain for games) registered since 22-Sep-1999 and JuegaFacil.es registered since 06-01-2006. Purchased 2 phpArcadeScript licences and developed the sites with a custom template (still needs tweaking).

There are 82 registered users with more regularly signing up. The sites are still fairly new with the new template uploaded which is optimized for adsense.

shockzone.com is the massive site owned by adobe (formally macromedia). There are no TM issues.

JuegaFacil.es average 70 uniques per day. shockzone.co.uk average 48 uniques per day.

JuegaFacil.es was registered as JuegaFacil.com is a huge popular games site averaging over 12,000 unique's a day! See the stats here http://extremetracking.com/open;sum?login=alcachon. Visitors to the site are using the keyword 'juegafacil', which is the same for the visitors to JuegaFacil.es.

JuegaFacil.es registered at EuroDNS. shockzone.co.uk registered at 123reg.co.uk. Buyer to pay Nominet Transfer Fee.

Please PM for more details or questions. Fantastic brandable opportunities here.

BIN - $950.

They have both made USD16.24 so far. They haven't been online very long, with some development and promotion, they can be money makers!

Can you explain the TM issues, are you 100% sure Adobe won't be annoyed if they find your site?

Someone on DNF confirmed there were no TM issues by doing a search - I'll see if I can find it. I have owned the domain since 1999 and never had any problems.

I can't see why adobe would be annoyed, it is not impeding with thier services.

You have not owned this name since 1999, in paper work only. You sold me this name over a year ago, & because the paper work was not done to change the ownership to me, you came back a year later and stoled the name from me. I owned this name for a year and used it for a year. You claimed you never sold me the name, but I showed you proof of the sale, and you still took the name. It was my fault for not having the ownership changed, but I would be very leary, and get the ownership changed ASAP before he steals it back from you. I don't think your a very honest person!!!

There maynot be TM issues, but there might be ownership issues with you.

did he steal it or did he simply register it again after the year with you was up? Possible bit of dishonesty here but not being one to judge, its all about who holds the domain at the end of the day.

Seems you have been a bit silly not ensuring you were the domain owner. But at the same point if simply reged after the year was up as you had not made any attempt to then i dont see any issue.

regardless of all that, he is entitled to sell it.

http://195.66.240.211/cgi-bin/whois.cgi?query=shockzone.co.uk&x=0&y=0 states that I have owned this domain since 1999. 'Paperwork only? Don't know what you mean by that.

I sold you this domain and I advised that you need to legally change ownership via Nominet, which you failed to recognise. Then I see the domain pointing to a porn site and is blacklisted. While the domain is still legally mine it looks bad on me, I gave you your money back and took back the domain, which is now not blacklisted.

I am an established DNF member and I would not steal anything.

So, the sale continues. Still taking enquiries :-)

Hello
I admit I didnt change the name ownership, but you came back a year later after selling me the name demanding it back, and when I wouldnt give it back to you, you had the registar take the name from me without paying for it. It was taken out of my account without my permission. IT WAS STOLEN.
You clamied the name was taken from you, but I showed you proof of the sale, I most likely brought this name here when you put it up for sale. When you sell a name, it is no longer yours, and I can point it to where ever I want.
For you to say that you owned the name, and they you are an honest person, it dishonest. You took the name for FORCE. You could have email me, and asked to change the ownership, but you never did. You just stole the name, and I have all the proof, paperwork paypal records and all.
(Don't know what by paperwork means, what a farse) you now what it means with all co.uk names and Nominet. Just like now, if someone buys this name with site. They don't change the name for a couple of months, are you going to steal the name from them also, and take it back claiming I never sold it to him, the whois is still says me, what a joke. If you were really an honest person you would admit that you stole it from me, and now you want to pass it off, and maybe do it to someone else.!!! You did it to me, and he can do it to someone else.

I'm not talking about this here. We've talked about this before and I gave you your money back. I 'sold' it to someone, you refused to change ownership and then it was 'sold' again to someone else. How can they do that when they don't legally own the name in the first place.

If you want to argue with something you can't win, just email me.

Hello
Your right this is not the place for this nonsense. I really don't care anymore.
This is my last post of the subject. I just don't like dishonest people making false claims. I didn't refuse to change ownership, you never gave me the chance to change it. Only when first sold to me, did you mention about changing ownership. I had forgotten all about it. This was the only name that I did not change ownership on because I forgot. Did you email a few months ago to change the name ownership, "NO" you demanded the name back, and when I wouldnt give it to you, you STOLE it, pure and simple. Even by your own omission, you admit I had ownership of name for redirection. I can point any name to where I want if its in my account. ALL you had to do was ask me to change ownership, but you didnt. You just took the name, oh, and you felt sorry for me, and threw me the reg fees that I just renewed for the name, thank you so much, such a nice guy, and real honest to.
