I saw that dropping.

I passed.

My take on it was even though it is a geo, how many people know it, are aware of it, etc.

The real value I believe is making a site to increase the awareness.

Even then, the biggest plus is if New York decides to do something noteworthy with it.

But as it stands, the domain is for the birds...literally.

The boundary between the states of New York and New Jersey runs through the island, with a small portion on the north end of the island belonging to the state of New Jersey and the rest being part of the borough of Staten Island in New York City.

This interested me.

This interested me.
That is what originally caught my attention as well. It not going to hurt too much to just sit on it. Right now it is primarily a bird sanctuary.
