What browser though? Using Opera it just looped for me. Trying it again just now and it just stalls after the header. I don't know whether the loop was fixed or if it's still bad programming because the page isn't loading.

Where are the mods on this? These posts are outright insulting.... I think it's great these forums are drawing an international crowd and the seller very clearly stated he's looking to reply only to "educated offers". If you can't speak the language, you don't know anything about the content, and you're troubled because the site is "loading slowly" (from asia) then why should you get the time of day?
And quite honestly things are NOT done differently in america.... If you're tossing around your IP to anyone who can post on a message board then you're an idiot. You owe this guy an apology and this forum owes a few of you a "timeout".

I have to agree a little with christopher.
Although I have little interest in this site and have no knowledge of it's value based on the description. And even wonder how it's possible to make an educated offer (overused term). I feel the flaming is uncalled for. If you dont want the site, and have no interest. Make your inquiry or leave the thread alone. But on the other hand I can assume some feel the description is extremely un-informative and perhaps when expecting the amount of a small home in a decent neighborhood the description should be more forth coming and at least have a professional approach. Some are taking this whole business the wrong way. This isnt a candy store where people throw 100 and 200k around like they were at the candy store.. When you want some serious coin and the name and the site dont sell themselves, an explanation is in order. Consider what your bank would think when presenting this to them.
They'de probably call security and run with their arms flaling in the air.

The seller is being deliberately misleading from the outset.
I am not in A_M_E_R_I_C_A but in Europe & had this site been presented for sale in this manner on a board dominated by European webmasters the reception would be the same, I am sure.
I also speculate that presenting an english language site on an asian board, in this manner, would generate the same reception by asian site owners.
I do not think this seller has been treated disrespectfully but in a rather humourous way. This board, like any other, is a place to do business with your business peers online & not hawk dubious websites, in a foreign language, loading slowly, with no proof of anything to justify the price asked!
Please, leave the PC at the door.
