Hey everyone,

Dot Pro is alive and kicking. EnCirca has launched Showcase.pro (www.showcase.pro) to highlight examples of the .pro address for branding and advertising.

Put your .pro domains to use and you might get selected for Showcase.pro.

Every month, we will spotlight dot-pro websites. There are no specific criteria to be selected but we favor websites with content and using .pro for email addresses. Showcase.pro also issues a press release over the leading news wires and targeting appropriate media contacts matching the sites selected.

So don't delay. Develop your dot-pro domains and submit your website for Showcase.pro via EnCirca support.

Enjoy your summer!

Best Regards,

Tom Barrett

I guess that this means Dot Pro is a flop.

How exactly is this going to increase traffic to a small businesses website? It seems to be much more about trying to revive a dead donkey!

Best Regards

Alive and kicking? Reminds me of what roadkill would look like gasping for its last breath. .pro seems to be on life support and I really dont think a forum post is gonna save it. You might try lobbying to get prices in line with other extensions to begin with. I would say around the anniversary of your $50 per name half price sale your going to see quite a low renewal rate @ $100 per year. I absolutely agree with DW.
