Will depend on projected use, demand. German domains do not go well with .com. Although if there was a movie called Seventy in English and the translated version was Siebzig in Germany, there might be a chance for some short term value. Maybe mid xxx.

Could also be used for a 70's site, undeveloped low xxx, developed low xxxx.

But that's just my take.

The 70 years since the end of WWII would be a wild guess of what to do with the domain. Germans are remorseful and sensitive about the dark nazi era.
