closed Site appraisal..

OK. I know its probably too soon to get this appraised, but I am curious.

The site: www.FreeIB.com

Its only been up for around two and a half days. It has 170+ sign-ups and new sign ups coming around the clock.

I have made around $10 a day from Adsense on the main pages, showing hosting ads.

Its no doubt a popular site, and will continue to be. These sites are always popular. Especially ones that have no advertisements, like this one.

If someone else were to take over, and place ads on all the forums, the income would be unlimited. Just depending on how many new members you can get signed up.

So... with all this said (even though its a new site)...

How much do you think its worth?

arg, thats the second time in two days this has happened to me. I would have probably been interested in buying your site, but you sold it withought telling anyone you were interested in selling it.
