Been looking at website sales at really the only site for selling developed sites (can't believe they pulled it off but thats for another day).

I think everything is fine with the site (but listing fees are a bit high considering) anyway of late I'm seeing too many prices that just don't add up.

Looking for thoughts or personal knowledge of the site. If you look at the sold sites, the ones with income the prices don't follow any pattern at all. I know a site can very a great deal on price, but with sales of decent amount...well one of the hugest tell tell signs is many sites are selling for half a months profits.

I know that in auctions for many different reasons some real bargains can be had, and sometimes the buyer really gets carried away or suckered. Also sure that many of the figures there have been padded depending on the seller, but overall there should be....more of an average....

Buying and selling websites is here to stay, just like domains. Maybe auction isnt the best format, but it will always be used for both.

Any thoughts on the lack of sense on the prices at the site?

Thank you.
