Hi there, hopefully the title isn't confusing. I'm looking for a site that I'm pretty sure hasd been discussed here before.
Basically, it's a site where you name your project and freelancers bid with their rates.

Am I dreaming, or does this site exist?

I have used Guru.com & oDesk.com

They are really a toss up...I may like oDesk a little better for big projects, Guru for smaller ones.
