Reason For Selling: Need the cash for other purchases and advertising.

Traffic
Site averages about 30 uniques per day. Mostly from blogs and the like. With all the non-reciprocal backlinks I expect it to be a PR4 on the next google update were all expecting any day now. (of course the price goes up then ) .

Ease of Use/Concept
The site is basically an information source for the new trend of skinning your GMail using a simple css file. See Example here:

The user registration system is complete and it has 19 members (not counting the 8 I deleted because they were using obiviously fake email accounts just to test the signup.

You could hire a coder to finish up the skin upload system for you for probabaly $50 or less since a majority of the work is already done. If you pay the BIN I will finish the Skin upload and display system this week. You could also probably just slap on a free file upload script and be done with it and use the registered users for a newsletter about CSS or whatever.


Revenue
Farely minimal but thats because it only gets 30 uniques right now. $1 to $2 every other day or so. I completely abandoned this site right after I finished the registration script.

Points of Value
Because the "current" traffic and revenue is minimal I will start the bidding at only $250. I'm basing the value of the site on the following:

• Custom content. 99% of the content is written by me with credit given to the author of the 1%.
• Good short domain containing keywords
• Comes with users already in your database with email addresses
• FREE hosting for 2 months while you get settled
• Custom coded registration system - with email notification to the admin (has off switch)
• Traffic, is 30 uniques per day which is still better than turnkey sites that have NONE!
• Comes with 2 CSS GMail skin files that you can give away for free (Yes I have permission from authors)

it gonna come with it, as i said that script would be completed with the bin price or near to it.
Its an easy system but was very good and technical script.

The template is a copy of what I used on CameraHelpers.com BUT... I owned the template so I didnt rip it from someone else. The new owner of CamerHelpers.com will verify this for you.
