Skype, the freemium voice over IP service, has recently filed a UDRP complaint with the National Arbitration Forum seeking control of the domain name SkypeQA.com
The complaint was filed on August 27, 2014.
This domain was first registered in March 2014.
The National Arbitration Forum will examine the domain considering if the domain is confusingly similar to Skype's trademark, or it is registered and being used in bad faith or if the current owner has no rights or interest in the domain name. If it falls in any of these three categories, it will be transferred to Skype.
