I've experienced sleep paralysis a handful of times. It can be horrifying or it can be fun. It's on a par with lucid dreaming in terms of experience But it's not a disease that can be treated; it's when your brain awakes from REM sleep and your body remains in the atonic state. Therefore, I don't think the term "treatment" applies.
