It's at least an x,xxx name. Probably the low end of that range for reseller and high end (or more) for end user. Sleeve can be clothing, tattoo, packing, storage cases, and probably many other uses for other people. It's a solid, real one-word.

I was thinking "tattoo sleeve" as a product domain or even a great name for an ipad/tablet case.... I will pay more than $xxx so that should take all reseller discussion out of that range.
