I know of a domain that has past the expired date of bulkregister.com whois record.

I have allready snagged one of this persons names and expect this to become available too.

I do not want to snap it couse i'm too cheap.

How long before it becomes available do you think, since it has allready expired?

I know different registrars have diff policies, but what about bulkregister?

Anybody?

I think it's about 20 - 30 days. But if it's a good name and someone else Snaps it, you'll probably miss out if you try a manual reg.

Come to think of it, maybe you're snagging the names that I'm dumping from my portfolio at BulkReg, LOL...if that's the case, there's more to come :))

Thanks

The names are not necessarily valuable, or in demand.

They are ones that I want though.

Non of them have been snapped, I have just been picking them up at random.

Is there a way to see if a snap is on it, Say at snapnames?

Definitely, just go to the SnapNames.com homepage and enter the names into the box to see if they're snapped already.

It pays also to go to NameWinner and add the names to your list which will enable you to see if there's a $25 minimum bid on the domain name that you're interested in.

If you omit the second check, you might be lulled into a sense of false security that the name's not snapped, but then NameWinner will probably grab it before you could manual reg.

I thought NameWinner raised their minimum to $50.

Thanks.

it is available to snap

this person started to develop but for some reason he just stopped...and some of his names have expired and dropped.

The website is starting to fall apart and I hope to pick up some of the pieces

BulkRegister drops names anywhere from 4 weeks to 6 weeks after the expiration date. If you don't want to spend the money on Snapnames then you may want to try ExpireFish as a much cheaper albeit much, much less reliable registrar.
