Is there any way to tell when someone else put a snap on a name, or even who the snap belongs to?

Thanks for any help.

Snapnames would not share this info for sure.
However, in some domain themes I specialize at, I can usually predict who snapped this or that no-snap-available domain - according to after-drop whoises, there are ~3 snapnames "early-birds" customers except me who snap domains of those types and I guess we compete who will snap this particular name first... Maybe more customers wish to place those snaps, but snaps are placed too early... In light of this, I recently snapped a few domains expiring in August/September, I simply know they would not be renewed by current registrants.
