Wanted: Service SnapNames.com charged me for a domain I didn't order it.

Hi Guys
I have surprised that SnapNames charged my Visa card $69 for Backorder a Domain Name.
I have never backorder that Domain Because simply it was mined and I have sold it for $5 before 10 months.
Additional to that my account is suspended,
What shall I do in this case to return my money back.
