Snapnames.com having difficulty changing my WHOIS info back

So I listed my domain analytical.net for sale through Snapnames.com and am aware that they change the WHOIS info for any domains over a certain amount.

All of that would be fine if they would change it back. The listing was for 11-16 thru 11-20. Its now 11-24 and still lists

This wouldnt be a problem however I want to list the domain on another platform and I need the WHOIS info to match mine for it to verify my ownership.

BTW, i was able to create this post all during the time Ive been on hold with Snapnames.com support, if you can call it that.

Isn't the brokerage agreement exclusive during that period ?

Yes, which is fine, 11-16 thru 11-20, but its 11-24 and still not changed.
