Does snapname ever answer support email?

I have sent 2 support email regarding consolidating my 2 accounts.
after like 3 days.... i hear nothing from them...

Or they just ignore it because i want to consolidate account.

Anyway, after i spent my last credit in snapname, i'm not going to use it anymore. Enom is getting more names in my list than snapname.

hm... maybe i am impatient... but after 3 days with no response...
anyway, i will try again. I need to get that sorted out by the end of the auction.
