Is there a ranking of the sites for parking revenue?

Is it a general rule that a good site charges you up front?
Should you pay pay nothing to get 40% of the revenue and pay $20 to get 80% of the revenue?

Sorry, but I am looking for the beginners guide to who to park with, or a ranking. I do understand that they all are different, have different "looks" and "feels" to the pages they offer.

So, is there a ranking or top 1,2 or 3 to look into? :angel:
