I am taking offers on the developed website SoapAddiction.com. The site will include all content that is currently on the site along with the domain name itself. This domain gets traffic from links that have been around a long while (from a site I had prior to this) along with it's directory listing and PR rankings along with many loyal visitors who come back each day. Overture shows 489 as the type-ins which is a lot higher than many other sites I have seen to date. It was previously at 386 or so which tells you that it's growing larger. Traffic has converted very well.
