I may included this phrase "May be advertised in Multi-venues!" within the content of my sales posts.

Also,I try to update sales threads with status changes such as "Pending > On Hold > PM Sent > Still Available > Sold!

The seller is responsible, IMO.....to review,respond and update inquiries to ads posted!

The buyer, if posting "SOLD!", has an interest in ......... contacting the seller via pm!
This is to confirm an agreement, to sell and purchase!

Although, a domain IMO, is not sold until payment is received!
( Exceptions are those who you recognize as trustworthy! )

Oh yeah that's right, duh. This thread is in the platinum members only. I asked the newbie to chime in and forgot he can't even see the freakin thread. Looks like these points will never be seen by the majority of who they were meant for. What was I thinking? Sheesh
