I would value this much higher. It is a KILLER name for a real estate firm. I would say at least $1,000 now. Several thousand in just 2-3 years.

For some reason the auction reminds me of the people who go to google and type in yahoo.com

No telling. I didn't recognize the seller's name from the WhoIS record. It could be reasonable or he could be one of those guys who thinks all domain names are worth $1,000,000. I would bet his reserve is at least $1,000 though. I would put that on it if I was selling it myself. Will be interesting to see where it winds up.

So, one no longer has to OWN the actual domain in order to have it appraised here!?!
Just wondering, 'cause I think relaxing that rule might be kinda  .
Thanks.

I would probably make an exception in this case since it is a name a lot of people are obviously interested in. I wouldn't even have known it was for sael on Ebay if it hadn't been posted here. Probably shyuld have been in the Misc. category though.

By the way, the seller has 0 feedback and one payment option is send him $ overnight. I would NOT do that. He does accept PaPal and that would be the only way to go if you win so you have some protection.

I always wondered why people put in their max bid any earlier than 10 sec before closing; only effect it has the price climbs and climbs.
Of course good when you're a seller but as a buyer i prefer to not show up in the auction until the 10th last second and then shoot.
Works only if all bidders go for that same principle though.

EDIT: Just realized what it exactly is that i wonder about:

Why bidders start a bidding war although it's still like 2 or more hours/days until auction closes. :)
