its a good domain since the enduser would usually be a company, you can do two things here, either go the safe way and make maybe get $xxx or take a risk that might scare the buyer away and asked for 10 or 20K, if you do that say in your email that you thought about developing this domain yourself so you are not interested in any low offers, the price is still negotiable but in case you sell are looking for a good price.
