Sales update:

They buyer sent me the payment, and I initiated the push/transfer at GoDaddy.
I got confirmation emails from GoDaddy that I have initiated account changes for the 6 domains.
However, the buyer claims he got account change email for only one domain (Freeoffers.info), and he have completed the account change.
So I reinitiated the account changes at GoDaddy.
I have also forwarded him the emails I got from GoDaddy to prove that I have really initiated the push and I am working on to make it go thru.
I contacted GoDaddy customer service, and they told me that they have sent out the emails. They think its got blocked because of the Hotmail filters.
To make sure its not the Hotmail problem, I asked the buyer to give me an alternate email to reinitiate the transfer.
I have sent PMs to the buyer and explained everything what i am doing. (Total of 7 post sales PMs and 4 emails)
Then when I check this morning, buyer has already filed a complaint against me with Paypal, in less than 6 hours after the sale. I have to mention that this is the very first complaint I have ever received.

Now I have reinitiated the push using his new email (which I got only this morning when i check my PM)

I want a mod/admin to check my PMs to verify my account. Also, I can forward all the GoDaddy emails.

Furthermore, I am willing to give the Mod/admin full access to my GoDaddy account to verify those 6 domains are in account change status to the buyer.

I am totally disappointed with the buyer. if he doesn't want to go thru with the sale anymore, he could have asked me for the refund before he file the complaint.

I am giving you two options:
1. Withdraw the Paypal complaint and let me work with GoDaddy to push the domains to you as soon as possible
or
2. Push back the two domains (freeoffers.info at GoDaddy and SportsStore.info at NameCheap), and I will refund your money right away.

Woa ... let's take stock here!
Here at DNForum we consider that 72 hours is the deadline to assume that a sale has gone wrong and no transfer is made - man 6 hours when dealing with email and Registrar hiccups is way out of line.

acronym007 You should not have filed a Paypal complaint in such haste - these things can generally be worked out. Peace has agreed to work with Godaddy and the Mods here OR give you a full refund if you return the two names that have so far been transferred; that is very reasonable in the circumstances. Please withdraw the complaint and work with Peace to resolve the issue in one of the two ways. If the matter cannot be amicable resolved THEN is the time to start taking action!

I sent payment in 15 minutes. It takes 72 hours to transfer 7 names? I had over 30 names transfer to me yesterday in one hour? Mr. Peace took over 24 hours to respond. I withdrew my Paypal complaint today once he transferred the names. I will file complaints whenever I do not receive responses, I am not new to the internet nor the industry, sometimes that is what it takes to light a fire. The job got done and that is what matters, he could have told me he did not intend to send for 64 hours. Communication is key, the things he said concerned me. It is now resolved and I would do business with him agian, if he were to be sure about responding to my e-mail's/pm's in a more responsive manner. By the way, no company recommends waiting 72 hours, if there are going to be delays that is acceptable but 72 as the norm should not be and in my guess most people here do no wait that long. I hope you all have a great day. Cheers.

I am very glad that the situation has been resolved - no doubt members will take note of your specific requirements for immediate action despite any Registrar and email difficulties that may occur outside of the control of the seller.

I took 24 hours to respond??? are you a 5 yr old or something? You posted SOLD Yesterday at 11:38 AM and this post you made now is Today at 11:33 AM...So not even 24 hours have passed. So next time when you lie, use your brain !!!!!!!

We have exchanged more than 10 PMs, I am happy to let Mr.Webname or any other mods to verify this.

Also all the transfers are completed 5 hours ago.

I will never do business with someone like you in the future.

Thanks Webname for your help.
