But at least for now evertyhing looks just fine. Site with good history since 2009, at best days had 30k uniques per month, competive niche with high CPC, a lot of type in traffic from USA and AU, CPC is on the rise - now over $4 per click, got 3 requests to sell the domain already...

It is up to the advertisers on those links to see the value of the traffic, and report back to the parking company, if they pull a red flag on you, your earnings are wiped out, I have seen this scenario many times over the years.
