City names .com can be worth quite a bit, especially if they're receiving traffic. This town looks to be pretty small though, with a total population of only 1,729. Still I'd imagine even a town that small has real estate and small businesses that would want to advertise on it if you put up a simple city information site. Standalone name value is a few hundred. I would have to research some of those questions, I will tell you that the traffic is very low, I think 30 uniques per day.

with local search picking up so much ground and (cpc locally) it might be worth keeping for a little while

again if there is a major town or city near this you can probably target the ads to that local.
