Adult domain with organic traffic. I believe it is a PR1

Have not been promoting it at all in way over a year.
Reason for sale:
No time to work on it or promote it anymore. Working on main stream projects now.
It has many banners links out there on other sites do to the funny nature of the banner, webmasters put it up on their sites.
