No. it is not SPYWARE.
It is spywear.asia
if you type is " spy wear" in google.co.uk you will see - 119,000,000 results
It is more related to SPYing, security wear, etc ;-)

Google is misreading it - thinks you mean spyware and is including in results.
Very little value as a misspell and a .asia - also you have posted in the idn appraisal section.
