site has never really been advertised and seems popular with gaming squads who cant afford to pay for there own domain.

im not sure what price im looking for, maybe very low $xxx

Reason im selling, im currently getting rid of many sites + a server due to trying to raise as much $$ to put down on a deposite for a new house
