Can you easily adjust packages for the paying customers as well as the free ones to adjust bandwith allotmenst per account and disk space/price and the such via admin?

Yes it has a admin cpanel where i can control all pics uploaded and all sales and the bandwith of free users and paid users i also have a host included if you would like i pay 16.00 a month with him and i get 10gb and 100gb bandwith and he hasnt had any downtime for the past 6 months and he opened up 6 months ago so im really happy with the hosting and so are my members!
