Thank you for the offers.

Would like to see more money on these offers.

I have also gotten a few PM's on this list as well and I will consider.

I may also consider posting BIN's if enough interest.

If no PMs why are you posting PM offers? Sounds like you violated your own rule.
Not likely to be violating my own rules when some members contact me via PM and one (not sure he/she is a member) via email.

Not sure why some insist on not posting their offers unless they want matters totally off the posts to keep matter private.

I can assure you, the member on Equity Domains is a long standing Exclusive Member.

I have also gotten PM's on CollegeGraduation from a highly regarded/respected Exclusive member but no offer has been posted.

I have also asked them to post offers in the thread which they have not.

Now, if those members would like to disclose themselves then that's fine.

Every time, EVERY TIME, I have posted No PM's I end up getting several PM's.

Recently I sold a domain here on the forum, posted NO PM's and NO Offers, and I get a PM offering $200 on a domain I had priced $550 firm.

That's pretty insulting, don't you think?

Are they not reading the Rules? Offering me nearly 60% less than what is posted as firm? Offering me $200 on an LLL.net?

I also regard this as simply not wanting other people to know what their financial dealings are.

Not to mention, make an offer in public and suddenly your PM box is full of spam from other members wanting to sell their similar names. I can certainly attest to that happening on numerous times.

Regarding the email, I often get emails from people off the forum for names I have listed.

There are many who are not members or do not want to be members here.

Typically, in that case, if a deal is made (and not knowing who they are) I ask them to make the offer via sedo or escrow or escrowdns.

This protects me from any scam/scheme to take the money back.

So, I can not control what members do and do not do.

But I have posted the offers and where they stand as I consider them legitimate offers.

I can assure you, the member on xxxxxxx.com is a long standing Exclusive Member.

If you said No PMs except from long standing Exclusive Members then I would know I could PM you!

But if you are telling me I should ignore and disrespect what people post in their threads simply because I am an Exclusive Member I shall be happy to abuse my paid status.

I mean, if you got an offer for $2,000 on a domain you expected $300 for I would say accept that PM and damn everyone to hell.

I don't want to pollute your thread so I can delete this after you read it if that is your wish. Until then it's a free bump!

It a damn quagmire, period.

Damned if I do, damned if I don't.

I truly and fully and respectfully understand your points. I seriously do.

But when someone refuses to post their offer for the sake of maintaining privacy, I can appreciate that as well.

As a matter of fact, before completing the deal the buyer asked that I add privacy to the domain.

No, it is not an advantage of being an exclusive.

It is a matter of someone wishing to remain anonymous, not disclose the transaction, keep their identity private, and move on.

I have had much business with this member in the past and glad he/she still contacts me from time to time because I know he/she is a straight up person

And, I would do that for you or anyone else as well.

Here's the kicker...no matter how big or where in the thread I post NO PM's, NO OFFERS, NO BULK OFFERS, they still pour in.

And you can leave your posts as both sides of the points needs to be expressed and addressed.

Thanks for you understanding.

The name sold for much more than $250. The offer was very good and strong. Otherwise, I would have posted it for upset bids.

I want to and desire to keep all dealings transparent. But I have to work with reasonable and respectable offers and members.
