If a user clicks on "Make this your homepage" it askes if they want to make http://state.us the homepage... that is what I ment.

OK, I see. Not much I can do about that while it is at PPC which is for not very much longer. This is a monster developed name. That's the direction I am moving with it.

good. Nice name for a directory of the states and would make a nice map site name too.

Based on revenue and catch-all use ALONE I'd put the value at low middish $xx,xxx USD.

In short, the domain is worth way more than $0, but not 6-figures ... more like around 4-figures, but this is only my opinion ... and if multiple motivated buyers get interested in the domain, the price could easily get into the 5-figure+ range.

This name has a far greater value developed than by PPC.

I agree PPC value is low middish XX,XXX, however, I would have no interest in selling for the ppc value, let alone $100K.

Done right I can see this domain generating six figures per year. Regardless of extension, this is a potential monster name with only a bit of work and minimal maintenance. The domain is not for sale, it would take a very interesting offer to change my mind on this. Judging by the PMs I have received so far, its pretty clear there is plenty of interest in the name.

I respect everyones opinion, thanks for the appraisals to this point.

Keep them coming.
