This is the same guy that bounced a $2k paypal echeck on me and it took the Enom fraud unit to get my names back. This guy works out of Florida, Russia and Isreal and thinks he can get away with whatever he wants to using several different aliases (including numbers).

If he's the same guy as in that report, I'd suggest you report his trail.. get the mods to hand over his ip as well.. He's logged in now as well. That would be his most recent IP. Even if the authorities don't do something, The victims might want the information so they can deal with him themselves.
