minimal HTML..
No ads
No header images
No footer images
No table background images
No logo
Maybe even no smilies
This board is just too slow.
I'm even on cable here!
I can't imagine what dial up users must go through.
Obviously not everyone wants this so make it an option in the profile.

Thanks.
:)

Fast for me too .. Must have a knot in your cable otr maybe your cable is attached to an Anchor ? lol

Dial up sucks ..is their really any where that people cant get dsl or cable anymore ? Wv've had to cable internet companies..past 6 years , plus 2-3 companies offering local DSL.. and were just a small city..60,000 .

Serously if you are on cable you shouldnt have any problems at all...
check your speed.. I used "magapath" http://www.dslreports.com/stest/

Jordan, try surfing with Javascript disabled in your browser. It take a bit of processor time to load and execute all those scripts. I get about a 50% speed bump that way.

Hope this helps,
Webcat

PS-> I do agree the forum overall is slow- in fact, Alexa lists it as such- Speed Rating: SLOW
