If you use it to talk about the New Orleans football game you would probably have big trademark problems. For selling sugar bowls on line - you would be fine.
 
Sugarbowl is a ski resort @ Lake Tahoe.
 
If it is not a trademarked name for a specific resort, you could use it for skiing with no problem.
