closed sugarcane.asia + personalinsurance.asia 2 potential buyers need asking price

I have 2 potential buyers , one for each of these domains but I need to know what i should ask for them.

personal insurance brings 17,200,000 google results
sugar cane brings 7,000,000 google results

the 2 buyers I'm talking to have companies related to these domains. The buyer for sugarcane.asia has a clothing company called sugarcane and the buyer for personalinsurance.asia is currently using personalinsurance.com to drive traffic to the site for his insurance company. I know both of these facts should affect my asking price but I have no idea where to start.

I don't want to ask too much and put them off but at the same time I don't want to ask too little and destroy my chances of making a sizeable profit.

can anyone please give an appraisal for each of these domains given the above information. any help would be greatly appreciated

by purchasing this name, how much more exposure will you recieve? surely a lot as he would be covering all of asia. how much is it worth to his company to bring in all of asia? his profit could increase 3-5%? what would that come out too? (just guessing but for an example): $50,000/year? If you could invest in purchasing this domain for $10,000 and later make $50,000, wouldnt you do it? if you dont do it, then surely someone else that is making sugarcane would. with competitors asking for this domain, the value of this domain could increase.
