super slow?

is it just me, or is everyone experiencing very slow load time here for pages, its really slow for me so i have done a trace route and found this;

seems ok now, was the same yesterday, went slow for a bit, thought it might have been a high server load or something your end. i will give my isp a ring if it goes slow again
