Superb german/spanish dn sales

Amazing sales here.

The most expensive sale for a .de extension domain has just taken place: €892,500 for KREDIT.DE - Beautiful sale brokered by Sedo.

Another beauty: Pisos.com just sold for €250,000 & Pisos.net for €150,000 as part of the deal to Grupo Anuntis.

Pisos.com, another spanish gem ("Condos.com" in Spanish) went for $187,500 (DNJournal.com).

This just goes to strengthen the continuing positive evolution and massive progress of Spanish and German domain sales. There are still many opportunities for Spanish, German and French markets and holders of premiums in these respective languages.

What are your thoughts on Spanish/German/French domains? The French market is just waking up.

Germans seemed to resist paying high prices for domains years ago but looks like lately in the last few years have really accelerated thier high priced buys.

I see KREDITDE.com on Sedo. I wonder if that will get picked up too.
