Welcome everybody this is a website im putting up for sale... Im actually clearing out alot of websites i currently own because i just dont have the time or even the skills needed to make some of them grow at the rates i want. Ive never marketed the site at all other than about 3 or 4 link exchanges.

Website already gets traffic from google within the first month no signs of the so called "sandbox"

This is a custom scripted article/review script that has many features built in with admin panel that handles everything. There are a couple usability bugs here but nothing that interfere with the functioning of the website. There are probally 20 to 30 options with many custom fields so
you can put in affilate links based on category and reviews. Its not the most user friendly panel but it does get the job done. Im not a programmer myself and i been able to manage. I wont be offering support other than basic usage. As far as any bugs you can go on scriptlance and outsource some of the fixes or even do them yourself since they are minor.

Have a look around and all the urls have been optimized for Search Engines. Every page on the website your able to enter in meta keywords and meta tags as well as custom page titles.

All categories as well as supplement products already have automatically generated page titles, meta keywords, and meta description that are all unique to each product.

I just dont have the time or capacity to make this site grow at the rate i want and i think
someone else who the skills needed can really make the site grow at the right i want.

Ive never put any ads on the website so im unsure of the revenue potential. Every product in the database has an affiliate link url to bodybuilding.com where you can get 10% commission for each sale. Its as simple as doing a template change to get credit for these sales
