I agree. I would never develop a site on a typo..

That being said, how many typins does it get? It'd worth more as a traffic domain (if it has typo typins) than as a developable domain.

I just checked the correct spelling as a .net and it looks like it's just an ad site, so chances of typo typins are slim.

Did a look up on OT keywords (w/o extention) and 422 last months....hmm
and 2000+ other searches with the typo in it. i.e
1210 health nutrition suppliments
522 body building suppliments
478 vitamin suppliments
425 dietary suppliments

Looks like a common typo, but chances are slim someone
would type in the .net, more likely they would type in the
.com. The best thing for you would be if supplement.net
got developped into a high traffic vitamin site, then you'd
get some quality typo traffic. Or, develop your site a bit and
try to get good ranking for 'suppliment', and get some search
engine traffic for that term. Right now would be hard to get
more than xx for it. good luck
