to me, it's more of a what a person would say when they answer the phone..... after you've asked for "customer support"
as in 'hi, i'm joe, the support rep' ...kin i helped yah?'

so, it's not really a name for a business, but an employee of it.
additionally, it's vague. cuz who and what, does it provide support for?
