Hey,

I'm selling SurfTurf.net, my PR3 surfing site. The domain is registered with 1&1. Details:

PageRank:
Main page is a PR3 without the www.

RSS feeds on the front page:
These are automatically updated every day by Mambo.

Forum Posts & Poll Votes:
All of these were made by me. They are a good base for future content. There is an RSS feature built in to the admin panel, so you just have to click to update the feeds from SurfersVillage.com.

Photos/Screensavers:
Public domain images with the SurfTurf.net logo on them. The site also includes a custom

Traffic/Revenue:
Used to be around 4,000 uniques per month. However, traffic has recently dropped to nothing, as I've been busy with other sites.

Starting the bidding at $30. This is not an actual auction, so there's not a BIN.
