Description: Webmaster site with mainly photoshop tutorials. Also includes some PHP, HTML/CSS. Most of the traffic comes from good-tutorials.com, pixel2life.com, and tutorialoutpost.com where well over 40 of our tutorials are listed.
The site also features a growing VB Forum community. About 3 members per day join, and we're currently over 600 members.
Revenue: $225/mo guaranteed from current advertiser. I have plans to incorporate Amazon links for photoshop books as well.
Traffic: AWstats shows anywhere from 1000-2000 uniques per day.
Price: I'm looking for 15-20 months revenue, which is equal to $3375 - $4500
