I have seen numerous $1-$4 clicks, several $5-$9, and only a couple $10+.
For me, unquestionably Bodis is the best for IDN, non-dot com TLD's, and ccTLD's.
Lately, on a daily basis, Bodis is outperforming Sedo.
Plus, the domain is a very specific keyword rich medical domain. Niches often pay more even though there may be less traffic.
