xn--trgeted-5wa.com

I just got this one, and not sure yet how IDNs work, but it is a one word .com name, but here on my PC, if I type in the Tärgeted.com name, it says "not found", but that must be my computer. The Puny Code, www.xn--trgeted-5wa.com, seems to work though.

If you are interested, make an offer, this is an interesting name.

IDN's are not supported by Internet Explorer, unless it's the Puny code.

Try Firefox 1.0.2 from http://mozilla.org - it works just fine.

Cause I had an email from someone that had the word in it, so I checked and it was available... BTW, the words in IDNs are not as likely to be popular till the IDNs take off. Right now the people that will be useing these domains are useing names like cm5000.com ( a name that I sold recently) They are into the numbers for some reason, but I think in time they will use their own letters to type in. This name could be for a trageted traffic sales site.

I'm not still following you. First of all, there's no such word as "Tärgeted", it's just a typo of the english word "targetted". And if IDN's ever become popular, I can hardly imagine any Swede or German typing a typo (targeted) and then even subsituting "a" with "ä". By the way, a and ä are totally different letters with distinctive phonetics - if you did not know.

P.S I'm a native speaker of two languages that use the umlauts (ä,ö,å)

Okay. I made a typo myself with it, but the word "tärgeted" does not exist in any language. That's the bottomline

A quick Google search shows that it's a letter from the Vietnamese alphabet. But not very common.
