Hi. I snapped & got this name. It's a Taiwanese city name:

Lukang.com

If there are any folks here from Taiwan or China, their views would be most welcome.

best regards,

Arvind Reddy

I have just found that there is a place called Lukang (Deer Harbour) in Taiwan after checking search engine. Actually is it an famous place? or Taiwanese can help on apprasing this name.

Not very well known but is on asia hols list with hotels etc.

1k plus if you work at finding a buyer.

$500 - $1000 - Good Grab - Best Of Luck

lukang.com might work well for travel/tourism/culture sites, and for your reference, "Lu Gang" will be the correct name for it according to the new Pinyin system.

Are you saying that Taiwan is embracing the Pinyin system all out? I think it would take 7-10 YEARS at the least (even with the blessing of the ruling DPP government) for the people to actually accept that.

Nameslave, What do you have to say about the domain.

Lukang is a historic town (rather than a metropolis like Taipei or Kaohsiung) and with a .com, you should be able to get a good sale provided the right buyer. However, it is not an easy job to sell to the Chinese if you do not speak their language. Good luck.
