Taking so long for the transfer of the domain bought at Traffic Live Auction

I bought a domain for low xxxx via Traffic Live Auction (recent one).

I have paid the required balance to Moniker or snapnames but the company hasn't transfer the domain to Moniker.

The company is

Who are they? Aren't they reliable to transfer a domain sold at an auction?

You should call Moniker and scream ...(I mean ask)...them about it. It soundsl like the this issue is long overdue. Ask them for the status of your domain purchase.
